In my nearly 14 years of professional photography it has always been things like this that have been the most rewarding. These recently received emails were sent to me by Lauren. (Lauren and Jared wedding)

Hi Rick,
I wanted to give you a quick email to thank you for doing such an excellent job on our photos. I have never seen photos that beautiful!!! I am so excited to see the final product!! You are truly the best photographer out there, and I will be sure to tell everyone that!!
The other reason I am emailing you is to see if we can swap a couple photos. I came home on Saturday and looked online, and I think there are just a couple pictures that may look better than the ones we chose.
The first one is a picture of myself and my dad. We chose #9111 for the album, he has a strange smile on his face, so I was wondering if we could have #9112 instead, he looks much better in that one. I didn't notice that there was another picture of us on Saturday.
I was also wondering if we ended up getting #9414. If not, if we could add that one along with #9432, maybe on a page together, or do them both as a full page across from each other. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you again for all your help!! We really appreciate it!! Have a great day!!

Thank you very much Rick for getting back to me so quickly. I am so glad to know you can make the changes. I was a affraid it would be too late. Please let me know the new total when you get a chance so I can write it down so we bring the right amount with us when we come to see you when the pictures are ready.
Of course you may use what I said as a testimonial, it is the truth! I will document it better if you prefer. I know my dad was VERY impressed with the pictures. He has always been quite the picture enthusiast and I know he was blown away not only by the pictures from our wedding, but also by all the pictures you have in your studio.
Thank you for doing such a great job, I know I will get great joy out of seeing these pictures for the rest of my life!!! We look forward to seeing you when the pictures come in!!

And then another email came in From Suzanne and Justin:
Rick,
Justin and I wanted to write to you to let you know how happy we are with our wedding photo albums. They capture the moments of our wedding day more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. We also wanted to thank you for doing everything you did to get our photo albums to us by Christmas. Our Christmas present to each other this year is our albums. After looking at our wedding albums and seeing the beauty of the final product we could not imagine a more perfect Christmas present for our first Christmas together as husband and wife. Everytime we look at our albums we relive every emotion we felt on our wedding day. The quality of the pictures you took and the quality of the albums surpasses anything we could have ever imagined. We were going to wait until Christmas to show our families, but we were so excited we couldn't wait. Our parents were overwhelmed with the detail and craftsmenship that went into our pictures and albums. My mom had chills when she was finished looking at our pictures. My mother-in-law summed up the album best when she was finished looking at our pictures. She said, "These albums are like a storybook. The pictures come alive and recapture every special moment of your day." We can't wait until Christmas to show the rest of our families and friends. We know these pictures and albums will be something we will cherish always. So, once again with heartfelt gratitude we thank you for the time and extra attention you put into our wedding day and wedding albums. You helped make our day the most wonderful day of our lives and we thank you for giving us beautiful pictures in a storybook album to help us remember our day always. You went above and beyond all our expectations and for that we thank you.
