PLANNING

Rick and his staff invest more than sixty hours of their time in a wedding.  Rick begins with planning.  Planning is the key to a wonderful, stress-free wedding day.  Rick is very flexible and wants the photography to fit into your wedding day plans.  A few days before the wedding he takes the time to meet with the bride, groom and parents to create a list of requested photographs and a detailed itinerary for the entire day which is agreeable to all.

ENGAGEMENT

All of Rick's wedding packages include an engagement session with indoor and scenic outdoor settings.  Many of his couples have experienced the pleasure of displaying a beautiful engagement portrait with a special signature mat for all the guests to sign at the reception.  When your guests arrive, they can be greeted by the two of you, not only in person, but also in a timeless work of art.  The Signature Engagement Portrait is your favorite engagement image produced as an 12x12 retouched and mounted photograph which is surrounded by a 20x20 mat that is specially designed for signatures of family and friends.  By the end of the reception, the mat is covered with dozens of notes and signatures and is a wonderful keepsake of your wedding day.  The Signature Engagement Portrait is usually included free with the wedding package when a retainer is made during the initial wedding consultation. REHEARSAL

During the planning session Rick prepares copies of the itinerary to be distributed at rehearsal dinner. When all the important people know the plan you have established, the day goes very smoothly.
