The top photograph shown on the first wedding page was created at a wedding Rick photographed in Sarasota, Florida. Rick loves Florida weddings!! This image is an example of pure photojournalism. The ladies were photographed with all natural light and were completely unposed. They were leaving the area after having been photographed with the family and bridal party. As Rick watched them walk away, he couldn't resist recording this image.
Rick entered the photograph in the annual print competition of the Professional Photographers of America where it won another of his national merit awards and was displayed at the International Exhibition held in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Please be sure to see this photograph and others from this wedding when you visit the studio.
The second photograph was created at a wedding in Michigan and also earned a national merit award. It will be displayed at the national convention of The Professional Photographer's of America which will take place in Tampa Florida, during January of 2008.
Rick teaches his methods, especially lighting techniques, to other photographers around the country. To schedule educational seminars with Rick, please call 810-667-6700 for availability.
